Transport
After the visit and the approval of our buyer, Mr BRICHE-BILLET, walnuts are collected with our own vehicles.









Reception and Approval of the batches
The approval is based on a sample of walnuts. The walnuts are then weighed and identified.



The hulling
The walnuts are put in a roller covered with tacks. The wastes are eliminated by a water inlet.




The grading
The grading is made by a circular machine of 12 meters long with 6 outlets:  
Grade below 24 mm
Grade bet. 24 & 28 mm
Grade bet. 28 & 30 mm
Grade bet. 30 & 32 mm
Grade bet. 32 & 34 mm
Grade superior to 34 mm










The washing
The last impurities are removed by rinsing the walnuts with clear water.


















The storage
There is nearly no storage as the PLC is very short. But in case, the walnuts are stored in the refrigerators.


















Packaging
The packaging for walnuts is divided into different stages.The walnuts are ventilated and removed according to their weight. The shells, the wastes and the hollowed ones are eliminated. After that, they are hand picked before being packed in bags of 5 kilos or in plates of 10 kilos. The last stage is the palletization of our products.





Shipment
The pallets are stored on the departure platform before the collection by the carriers. Specific conditions mentionned by the customer will be transmitted to the transport company.
