To prepare directly in bottles.
Cut the nuts into 4 pieces and the oranges without loosing their juice.
Put all the ingredients in a container.
Expose to the sun and stir if possible every day. Filter after 60 days, then let the mixture rest before bottling.  


Ingredients :
-  1.5 kilo of sugar
-  50 cl of alcohol of 96°
-  2 liters of red wine
-  2  oranges  
-  80 fresh walnuts
